Shipping Policy
Applies to all merchandise orders via the TripTracks Platform. Shipments are managed by third-party carriers. Updated October 16, 2025.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS and UPS for domestic and international deliveries. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections (for international orders). Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Expedited shipping is unavailable for P.O. boxes.
- International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes; restricted destinations appear at checkout.
- High-value shipments are insured. Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Order Changes / Cancellations
Order changes are free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, modifications and cancellations must follow our Refund Policy.
5. Lost / Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact orders@triptacks.com with your order number and tracking details. Claims must include photo evidence where applicable. Upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
