Terms & Conditions

TripTracks (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a technology platform connecting riders (“Users” or “you”) with independent drivers for shared taxi services. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers; rides are direct agreements between you and the driver.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Services

• QR Code Driver Contact: Securely connect with drivers via QR code scan.
• Live Location: Real-time tracking for enhanced safety and convenience.
• Shared Taxi: Ride pooling feature to reduce costs by sharing space with co-riders.

All bookings are subject to driver availability. Fare estimates are provided before booking; however, final charges may vary depending on time, distance, and surge conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information for all bookings.
• Maintain respectful behavior; no harassment, illegal conduct, or vehicle damage.
• Respect co-riders’ privacy; do not share personal or trip data without consent.
• Cancel bookings responsibly (refer to Refund Policy); repeated no-shows may incur fees.
• Drivers operate independently; TripTracks is not responsible for their actions or conduct.

4. Payments

Fares are charged automatically after each completed ride via your linked payment method. You authorize TripTracks to process such payments. Payment disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the ride completion date.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake bookings or misusing QR code features.
• Engaging in spamming, hacking, or other malicious activities.
• Violating applicable laws or infringing intellectual property rights.

TripTracks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripTracks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, driver conduct, or any outcomes of rides. The Platform and related services are provided on an “as-is” basis. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripTracks from any claims arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (or your applicable jurisdiction). All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

8. Changes

TripTracks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
